She has a demonstrable track record of partnering with peers and clients and building trusted and credible shared outcomes. Her curiosity, empathy and patience has helped deliver step level benefits for her clients, for IBM and for community, in general.
She is TOGAF9 certified enterprise architect and is one of the very few SABSA certified Cybersecurity architects in IBM North America. This combination places her in a unique position to leveraging proven methodologies to create business-driven, risk and opportunity focused Cybersecurity architectures at both at strategic and solutions level that traceably support IBM clients’ business objectives. As an offering manager, Benazeer continues to lead client discussions on the relevance of data security for actionable, risk-based approach to Cybersecurity maturity. Besides, Benazeer has acquired skills in application of Design Thinking practices, Blockchain Security among others and is a highly sought-after speaker at Cybersecurity conferences, business partner & client events.
In previous roles, Benazeer worked in the capacity of Sr. Planner & Enterprise Architect for major players in Canadian market including Telecommunication, Government, Insurance and Energy & Utilities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from University of Mumbai, a diploma in Business Management from McGill University, Montreal and Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan.
