Jeffrey Massimilla was named Vice President, Global Cybersecurity for General Motors in January 2018. He leads GM’s enterprise-wide cybersecurity activities, including product, information technology, manufacturing and GM Financial.
Prior to his current position, Massimilla was Vice President for GM Global Product Cybersecurity. Prior to this role, he served as engineering manager for vehicle infotainment systems.
Massimilla holds a Master’s degrees in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He serves as Chair of the Auto Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC), which is focused on further advancing cybersecurity protections within the auto industry.
