Mark Anthony Thomas is the senior vice president of partnerships at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, overseeing strategic industry engagement and business development for the City’s primary economic development entity. He previously served as the director of Los Angeles Mayor’s Operations Innovation Team and publisher of City Limits Magazine, an investigative journalism organization. Mark has mentored and advised media and civic tech startups and is a graduate of MIT (MBA), Columbia (MPA), and the University of Georgia, which honored him as one of its top alum under 40.
