Roi Yarom, is head of policy planning for the Israel Cyber Directorate's capacity building and strategy division since 2015. He deals in policies and projects for the long term promotion of Israel's cyber capacities: industrial base, human resources, academic research and market robustness. He holds a MPP in public policy and a MA in political science from the Hebrew University.
