Mrs. Tali Shemer is a Guidance Manager at the Israeli National Cyber Directorate (INCD).
Mrs. Shemer leads the implementation of cyber security strategies and provides guidance to the communication and financial sectors.
Prior to joining INCD, Mrs. Shemer served as Senior Manager at PwC Israel, leading Business Continuity practice in Israel and managing complexed projects involving technological, cybersecurity and business process aspects.
Mrs. Shemer holds an MBA and Business Administration& Information Systems BA with honors both earned from the College of Management.
