Yoram Laks

 

RADM (res) Yoram Laks Joint the Israeli Navy in 1981, graduated the Israeli Naval Academy and served in the operational field as a missile bouts commander, squadron's commander and Intelligence posts.

Served as the Head of the Naval Academy (2000-2002), Commanding Officer of the Ashdod Naval Arena (2005-2008), naval attaché in Washington DC (2008-2011) and as the Head of the Israeli Naval Intelligence (2011-2015).

Yoram earned a B.A. in Economics and Management at the Haifa University (1993),

Graduated the US Naval Command College (2005) and own MBA degree from Salve Regine University, Newport, Rhode Island (2012).

From 2016   Research Fellow | Haifa University Research Center for Maritime Policy and Strategy.

 

During his service managed critical infrastructure multidimensional threats, analysis, planning and defense in the maritime arena.

Currently Managing the buildup of multi aspects security plan and infrastructure of r a large maritime energy project in the Mediterranean Sea and consulting in maritime and HLS to different entities.
